This is a great opportunity for an industrious multitasker to come and join the busy project team for a highly successful app that is widely used within family communities. This role would be perfect for those who appreciate a healthy attitude to wellbeing and fitness. The successful candidate will cover the whole lifecycle of the projects which will see them providing customer service to the users, as well as offering support with community and school engagement, amongst other tasks.
Location: Reading
Salary: GBP23000
Hours of work: When app is not live: 9am - 5.30pm Mon - Fri
When app is live: 9am - 5.30pm 4 days mid week (1 day off)
1/2 day Saturday
Live season will be in 6- 8 week blocks spanning 4 sessions per calendar year.
The Job
Working with the Project Lead to prioritise work in progress when the project is 'live'
Attending project kick off meetings through to wash up meetings and actively contributing ideas, feedback and updates
Organisation of equipment required including order/spend, liaison with suppliers and tracking budget.
Coordinating deliveries and resolving any issues alongside the Project Lead
Assisting with associated 'prizes'
Liaison with schools in a sales capacity to encourage their take up of the project
Assisting internal/external stake holders with other elements of the projectThe Person
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proactive, self-motivated team-player.
Intermediate IT skills and aptitude to learn new skills.
Good time-management and organisational skills.
Ability to work to deadlines.
Experience of dealing with different stakeholders.
Administration skills - ability to maintain clear records.
Excellent attention to detail.
Clean Driving Licence
Experience in community engagement
