I am excited to be working with a highly successful, boutique regional firm who specialise in Sports & Media Law to secure the services of a Corporate Solicitor.

Their prestigious client base provides a steady flow of Corporate work and they are looking for someone driven and ambitious enough to undertake this varied caseload but also with an entrepreneurial flair to help develop this practice area for the firm by winning new business.

Responsibilities

As you can imagine, this is a varied role and as the first Corporate Solicitor to join their team you will be handling a range of matters including:

• Mergers & Acquisitions
• Corporate Advisory
• Private Equity
• Re-organisations
• Player transfer funding / finance / discounting transactions
• Football club ownership related issues
• General Company Secretarial work for a variety of sporting bodies

Qualifications

In addition to excellent academics and a proven track record managing a varied Corporate caseload, the successful Corporate Solicitor will have drive and an entrepreneurial flair to work alongside colleagues and the Partners to win new business.
