Finning is one of the world’s largest Caterpillar suppliers of construction, earth moving and power systems equipment. With over 80 years of success, we sell, rent and provide parts and services for equipment and engineers to customers in various industries.

We are active in the construction sector and supply heavy plant machinery to customers, including global blue-chip organisations within the construction sector and for major infrastructure projects. With an operational lifetime of 20 – 25 years, customers require support, parts and services during this period.

We are now looking for a Customer Service Executive to join our team in Leeds on a permanent, full-time basis.

The Role

As a Customer Service Executive, you will provide a consistently outstanding level of customer experience throughout the parts order process through all parts channels.

Fully engaging with customers on every call, you will ensure that we understand what the customer needs and successfully identify the right route for the call to take.

You will also drive customer contact channel shift, identifying which customers would benefit from PCC and/or CUBIQ channels to enable instant access to information and to actively cross-sell and upsell other Finning parts and services.

About You

To be considered as a Customer Service Executive, you will need:

- Customer service experience
- An awareness of parts supply chain processes
- An understanding of the engineering industry
- The ability to navigate and update a CRM Sales System
- The ability to accurately record data
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent listening and communication skills
- Educated to GCSE level or equivalent
