We are looking for Front of House staff at Kettering Golf Club.
You will play a key role in delivering an excellent standard of service of the food and drinks offer; in providing the highest quality of customer care and in making all guests feel welcome.
The position requires a passion for customer service, an understanding of food and sales principles as well as a hardworking and dedicated attitude. You will need to be an extremely flexible person with a keen eye for detail and the ability to be proactive and work efficiently at all times.
Your Time at Work
- Provide a confident and efficient customer service
- Ensure the hotel is welcoming, presentable and safe at all times
- Serve customers food and drinks
- Correctly process sales through the till, handle cash and card payments
- Maintain high levels of accuracy and security with the cash float and takings
- Maintain high levels of personal hygiene and wear safe work clothing

Our ideal worker requires a passion for customer service, an understanding of food and sales principles as well as a hardworking and dedicated attitude. You will need to be an extremely flexible person with a keen eye for detail and the ability to be proactive and work efficiently at all times.
- Strong focus on customer service
- Flexible "can do" approach
- Enthusiastic and a good team player
- Previous experience preferred but not essential

Pay: 10GBP p/h - up to 40hrs
