Operations Co-ordinator
Telford - Halesfield
Permanent
GBP22,000 - GBP30,000 depending on experience
Monday to Friday - 37.5 hrs per week
Our client who are in the Technology sector are looking for a highly organised individual to join their company to support their Sales and Engineering team. The Operations Co-ordinator will support with administrative tasks with scope to develop into a Sales Operations role.
The Operations Co-ordinator will be responsible for:
* Create all quotes, co-ordinate with customer and create other quotes to be reviewed with Sales Engineer
* Scheduling Engineers
* Supporting with monitoring and updating supplier and customer price lists
* Sales admin such as booking hotels/flights and supporting Sales Engineer with customer communication
* Collecting customer satisfaction feedback
* Collecting the forecasts from customers and updating system
* Chasing suppliers for deliver updates, communicating with customers and internal team
* Work with Purchasing where cost increase mean customers need new quotes
* Support with the transition from projects to series supply
* General Admin support - logistics support, answering phone, general office duties
* Other - manage Pool car mileage, collect sales expense receipts etc.
Skills and Experience
* Highly organised
* Great attention to detail
* Confident with communication
* Able to prioritise own workload
* Good organisational skills for scheduling
