We have an exciting opportunity for an Learning and Development Specialist to come and make revolutionary changes by implementing and driving new initiatives to drive employee capability across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

What you’ll deliver day-to-day:

+ Leading our internal Learning Academy helping to build credibility and awareness amongst stakeholders
+ Building a learning culture and encourage the HR function to have a natural comfort around addressing development needs and development plans
+ Manage and design off-catalogue developments
+ Develop, design and communicate a professional blended development curriculum, whilst applying adult learning theories to ensure maximum learning
+ Use available technology to develop and implement online learning solutions (particularly Articulate software)
+ Working closely with the Talent team to determine future development priority areas
+ Manage, coordinate and engage the business in Apprenticeships
+Provide analysis, reports, key insights and recommendations on learning strategies for the Region
+ Managing and developing new hire orientation, induction and onboarding experiences
+ Managing multiple projects with variety of deadlines and priorities
+ Promoting and communicating new initiatives to target audiences, driving uptake and encouraging feedback
+ Championing Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and develop strong internal and external networks to share good practice and market information

About you:

You should be comfortable becoming the organisation's key L&D representative, confident in taking on the responsibility for long term learning and development initiatives.

You will have CIPD/PTLLS or another L&D qualification or 3+ years in a similar role. You will have experience in developing learning solutions and getting involved in the full cycle from facilitating to evaluating the final impact. You will be able to analyse HR data and psychometric tools to design and implement new learning paths into the organisation.

In addition to having previous experience in project management, you will know how to establish strong relationships and facilitate engagement among stakeholders.
You will have a proficient level of Core HR systems and Microsoft Office skills, Power Point and Excel, especially using E-Learning software to create new learning content. It would also be amazing (but not necessary) if you are able to facilitate learning in additional languages such as Spanish, Dutch, German, French, Italian or Turkish.
