Salary - GBP142.88- GBP158.88 Per day
Duration -12-month MAT contract

Summary of a EU Service Delivery & Quality support
The Service Delivery and Quality Support role is a critical role in ensuring a consistent level of implementation for our clients Common Service Practices across all Product Groups. It is key to ensure common compliance in order to support effectively, both the performance management of the service operations along with the Quality of the output of the Service Network.

Responsibilities of a EU Service Delivery & Quality support
• Working closely with the Service Network Manager and Offshore Service Manager ensuring that as the Service Network is defined for the clients Business Purposes and shaped for the future that Service Process and Common practice is applied effectively
• Work with HQ, ECSO, subsidiaries and parts depot to assist in the European Service Network Manager with managing service network and service partners across Europe
• Collaborate closely with key partners across the European subsidiaries as well as HQ to assist in tracking progress and resolve open issues and deliver a compelling experience to the clients customers and service partners
• Supporting European Service Network Manager to plan and deploy a robust and agile Service network across Europe, capable of adjusting to different repair volumes
• Driving local teams and service partners to improve quality and efficiency of engineers on the companies repair line to enhance productivity and reduce repair cost
• Defined new process and requirements from industry Technical Standpoint
• Ensure that Service Partners are ready for new Product Launches through Material creation, Training and Equipping
• Perform regular repair and warranty data analysis to supervise trends, unusual behaviour and suggest areas of improvement for both Operational and Quality aspects in line with requests from Service Network and Quality Leads including Follow up and Coordination of the Subsidiary Network
• Work with ECSO Audit & Quality and Training teams to adjust the audit process as and when required for new technologies and repair process
• Integrate common systems to pull key data enabling more swift analysis of potential issues, raised issues and solutions applied to field
• Redefine a more effective Escalation Governance to support quicker follow up with full audit trail
• Creating and maintaining European guidelines and procedures for European Service partners
• Frequent European and occasional Global travel may occasionally be vital, subject to business needs
Key competencies of a EU Service Delivery & Quality support

• Self-motivated and Ability to prioritise workload
• Proficient use of Microsoft office packages, in particular Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of SAP based systems (desirable but not essential)
• Previous experience in a service partner management / system administration based role is desirable
• Excellent English oral and written communication
• Fluency in other European Languages an advantage
