Job Title: Sales and Lettings Negotiator (Part-time)
Location: Brighton, East Sussex
Salary: GBP18,000 - GBP20,000 per annum, pro rata
Part Time: 3 days per week, with alternate weekends
Our client is a lovely local agency specialising in property sales, rentals and management throughout Brighton and Hove. They are looking for a Part Time Sales and Lettings Negotiator to join their busy team. The successful candidate will support the Director in all aspects of the sales and lettings business ensuring that exceptional service is delivered to their buyers, vendors, landlords and tenants.
The successful candidate will have excellent organisation and communication skills.
Responsibilities
Booking and conducting viewings
Booking in valuations
Registering applicants
Negotiating offers
Undertaking referencing and administration duties associated with the tenancy
Sales Progression
Putting together all tenancy paperwork and arranging inventories, gas safety inspections etc
Advising landlords of their legal obligations
Requirements
Experience of the Sales, Lettings or Property Industry is ideal but not essential
Full Clean Driving Licence
Ability to work to targets and under pressure
Have excellent communication skills via email, telephone, and letter
Good organisational and IT skills
A good work ethic and enthusiasm
