Our client a fast growing, boutique Sustainability Consultancy in Built Environment is seeking a talented BREEAM Assessor - Sustainability Consultant to work from their Manchester office on a hybrid working model.
Reporting into the Director you will support their existing BREEAM team working on Non Domestic New Construction and Refurbishment projects, whilst aiding with their business development and tendering processes.
Candidates MUST have:
* Good experience delivering BREEAM assessments and ensuring successful delivery.
* Ideally you will be a qualified BREEAM Assessor.
* Good client management capabilities, steering design team meetings, working with stakeholders.
* Passion for sustainability and delivering quality results.
Desirable is experience with:
* Domestic Refurbishment
* Carbon Impact Assessments
* Circular Economy Statements
* Life Cycle Assessment
* Life Cycle Costing
* Energy modelling
This roles suits someone who is well organised, can demonstrate a keen attention for detail and enthusiasm for the subject. You will need to manage your own projects and timescales. This includes liaison and coordination with our wider team and maintaining strong client communications throughout.
The successful candidate will join a growing business with good training and career progression opportunities and will receive a salary of up to GBP40,000 basic, plus bonus and good benefits
