My client are experiencing a huge period of growth and have a fantastic order book for 2022 already.

With four sites based across the UK, and over 50 years of combined trading history within the commercial vehicle market, they are synonymous with the design, manufacture and delivery of a wide range of solutions to the construction, logistics and commercial fleet market.

Following a period of investment, and the restructure of the businesses within its group, they are looking to bring in an experienced HR generalist into the business to help provide day to day operational and HR support to whole business teams across five manufacturing factories.

Based at their sites in Wisbech, your role will be to work closely with the operational line managers, HR team and wider group Leaders to provide a whole range of HR support within those teams. With a huge period of growth ahead, and modernisation being planned throughout the business structure, this role will provide a central point for recruitment, retention and general HR responsibilities around a diverse and highly skilled workforce.

Ideally you will have at least 3 years' experience in a similar role and be able to provide demonstrable knowledge of HR practices and procedures used during that time. Strong organisational skills around recruitment, retention and onboarding within a multi-site role is also desirable, along with general HR knowledge in H&S, legislation and casework handling is preferred.

CIPD qualifications are highly regarded, and good knowledge of HR systems such as PeopleHR being a huge advantage.

Hours of work are 37.5 hours a week, Monday to Friday and an ample benefits package (including annual bonus) is on offer.
