GBR Recruitment are working exclusively in partnership with a leading multi-disciplinary Building, Surveying & Civil Engineering consultancy recruiting for a Surveying & Engineering Team Administrator to support the Administration of all departmental activities within the practices team, working closely with departmental managers & other key members of staff acting as a key 1st line business support function to them.
Hours & Working Patterns: Monday to Friday office hours, 2-3 days from home a week as Hybrid working scheme in place to offer flexible working for all.
Duties:
* Secretary / PA / EA type duties to include; audio typing, scanning of key documents & photo copying
* Diary Management & Maintenance of it
* Ensured all customer enquiries are dealt with to solution
* Data Entry, updating the internal management systems with key information
* Answering incoming telephone calls taking clear messages
* Arranging construction site visits & updating the diary / calendar
* Liaising with the companies clients via professional communication
* Assisting Surveyors, Engineers, Architects etc with paperwork
* General office based duties
Ideal Qualifications & Experience:
* Secretarial / Administration / Office Manager or Business Support experience is key
* Audio typist skills would be a benefit
* Strong typist skills (high level words per minute is beneficial)
* Report Writing skills & experience is a must
* Strong accurate data entry skills
* RSA 11 or Level 2 NVQ Business Administration Qualifications or equivalent would be ideal
* Strong communicator at all levels
* Highly articulate
* From a construction background would be beneficial
