Swedish Travel Agent - 3 positions
Location: Manchester or remote anywhere in the UK
Salary: GBP20,000 per year + benefits including 25 days holiday and discount on holidays!

We are currently hiring a team of Swedish-speaking Customer Service & Travel Advisors for our client based in Manchester.
You will be working within the Nordic Customer Service- team, providing Swedish, Norwegian and Danish customers with friendly and professional travel advice and assistance, over the phone and by email. You will be involved in the whole customer journey, from answering questions to processing online bookings.
YOU:
* Fluent in Swedish, plus good English
* Outgoing personality who enjoys customer contact
* Previous experience from a customer service position is beneficial (we will consider any customer focused environments including retail, customer support, sales, call centre, travel agency, tourism, booking agent, cabin crew etc
* Good creative writing skills in Swedish
* Basic IT skills
* An interest in travel!
