An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Mechanical Building Services Engineer to join a busy, successful and growing Design & Build M&E Contractor with a great company ethos.
Working predominantly along the M5 & M4 Corridors, my client delivers both D&B and Negotiated Projects for select Main Contractor & End-User clients in the Commercial, Industrial & Retail Sectors with a relationship focussed, non-adverserial approach.
Due to high repeat business, a full orderbook and an increased turnover for 2022/23, this company is now recruiting an Mechanical Contracts Manager.
The right person must be time-served in Mechanical Building Services Engineering with proven experience of Managing Projects over GBP500k, demonstrate good Commercial Awareness & "Good Old Fashioned Common Sense" from either a Trades or Technical background - Or even both!
