Purple Rocket Recruitment is working with a client based in Cheadle who is looking for Receptionist/Administrator on a temporary basis. Ideally you will need to have previous experience and MUST have a CRB check already in place due to the nature of the business. The responsibilities for the role are as follows;
* Greet and assist all arrivals promptly at reception and ensure that they are treated in a courteous, pleasant and efficient manner, and directed accordingly.
* Ensure that all telephone calls into main reception are dealt with promptly and efficiently within the operational standards.
* Ensure the appropriate security passes are issued, as well as then directing the visitor to the appropriate areas or individuals within the company.
* Manage the diary at reception, ensuring the efficient coordination of dates, times and rooms and the effective scheduling and prioritisation of appointments, meetings and other associated events and functions.
* Manage and coordinate referrals and maintain waiting lists.
* Respond to external and internal communications, both over the phone and in person, prioritising accordingly and ensuring appropriate action is taken and all relevant individuals are involved/informed.
* Ensures the effective and efficient maintenance of computerised databases and paper filing systems through the timely and accurate updating of associated records.
* To ensure reception are and waiting room are tidy at all times.
The hours are Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm
