Outreach support worker - Flexible Hours - Northwich
Salary: GBP11.20 - GBP13.00 Per Hour
We have an exciting opportunity to join our growing team!
We are looking to recruit people who are kind, caring, dedicated and flexible, to become part of our outreach support team. You will be supporting adults living with mental health difficulties and/or learning disabilities, in their homes and out in the community.
The support you provide will be person-centred and will make a positive difference in their life.
Duties may include:
* Providing companionship
* Support to maintain emotional and wellbeing needs
* Mental health and learning disability support
* Helping to maintain home environments
* Support to access daycares and community settings
* Support with shopping and household bills
* Cooking, support to continue to enjoy hobbies and interests
Shift times may vary so applicants must be flexible and willing to work evenings and weekends where required.
