My client is an independent supplier of office supplies and interiors, and digital and litho print. Due to continued growth, they're now seeking a Supervisor to oversee their Print Support team.
The ideal candidate will be someone who already works within the print industry ideally having knowledge of both digital and litho print at supervisory or management level. This role is nice and varied, encompassing a mixture of team management, account management and customer service.
This position is full-time and permanent, primarily working Monday to Friday during standard office hours, 0830am to 5pm. This role is based at the company's offices in Emersons Green, Bristol.
The Role
To develop and nurture relationships with existing key customers to maximise product sales and profit opportunities
To oversee the print support team and assist them in their duties of providing excellent levels of sales support to the customer base.
To monitor and manage the workflow of estimates, orders and job bags coming through the company's IT systems
Provide a swift, accurate and professional response to personal customer enquiries (deliveries, invoicing, products, and pricing)
Provide feedback to senior management and directors
Attending meetings with production management to facilitate excellent internal communication, reporting back any feedback to the team as needed
Managing the teams staffing attendance ensuring any periods of holidays etc are covered
The Person
Has previous experience gained in a similar role within the print industry
Has knowledge of both digital and litho print
Has excellent planning and organisational skills
Is a hands-on supervisor who is happy to lead by example
Is self-motivated and enthusiastic with excellent interpersonal skills
Has customer service at the forefront of their mind
Understands the importance of working in a team

Salary is negotiable based on experience for the right candidate. Plus 25 days holidays plus Bank Holidays, company pension, and more.
