Full time - Permanent

Salary GBP24,000 - 27,000 DOE

Hours Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 4.30pm.

Are you a proactive, highly organised and enthusiastic Administrator with experience and/or an interest in recruitment and HR?

As HR Administrator, your key responsibilities will include providing support to the HR Dept including;

Recruitment - placing adverts, managing applications, dealing with enquiries, arranging interviews, requesting references.
Inductions - working with the Head of HR on all new hires, setting up new starters, creating personnel files and organising inductions
Contracts - assist with the preparation and amendment of employee contracts, salary increases etc
Training - enter training and performance review information on to the system, sending out reminders, receiving completed reviews and analysing data to prepare reports for Head of HR
Ensure all processes are carried out such as DBS checks and references are obtained.
General administration Previous HR experience would be beneficial but the most important requirements are strong administration and organisational skills, the ability to confidently use MS Word, Excel, Outlook etc and a flexible proactive approach to work. As this sits within the HR function, attention to detail and the ability to work confidentialily is paramount.

Due to the nature of the business, to be considered for this role you must complete an enhanced DBS check.
