37.5 hours per week
Hours between 8am - 6pm

Salary: Maximum GBP10.40 per hour
We are seeking enthusiastic and highly organised individuals to deliver excellent Customer Service in line with the Company values. The role is working in a fast-paced customer service team and working to KPI's. You will be required to be flexible to provide additional shift cover as and when necessary to meet the needs of the business.
Responsibilities and Duties include however not limited to:
• Scanning relevant paperwork
• Opening, logging, and producing Mobility Exemption Pass
• Violations Checking Lane journeys, requesting DVLA and sending letters requesting payments from customer for unpaid journey.
• Violation Letters Folded into Envelopes ready for posting.
• Boxes/Bags made up.
• Opening Post and distributing
• Moving Tags from stock account to customer account on system and posting out.
• Brackets - Printing labels and posting to customer.
• All customer Application forms posted.
• Carry out any general administration duties within the department.
You may be asked to process payments from Mobility Exemption customers as and when required based on capacity levels within the department. The post holder is required to work in a flexible way and undertake any other duties reasonably requested by line management which may include helping other team members.
