The Company
As a Facilities Coordinator, you will work closely alongside the Facilities Services Manager to support in the day-to-day coordination of the facilities management services for a large public sector organisation. The role is based in Canterbury and looks after a diverse portfolio of properties in the surrounding south east areas.
The Role
In your role as a Facilities Coordinator, you will:
Be responsible for the coordination of both in-house and outsourced services
You will be tasked with the management of compliance for all sites within the set portfolio
Communicate with stakeholders to ensure that services are meeting the needs of all colleagues, customers, and tenants at all times
Manage a delegated budget through the maintenance of effective resource management of people, stock, products, equipment cash receipts and floats.
Required Skills
Relevant qualifications in Facilities Management at degree level or equivalent proved experience.
IOSH Managing Safely qualification.
Understanding of Health and Safety legislation, moving and handling, COSHH and risk assessments.Desirable Skills
NEBOSH or other relevant specialist qualification
BIFM recognised qualification
Experience working in a healthcare setting
