ASSISTANT PRODUCTION MANAGER
IMMEDIATE START
GBP25,000 - GBP30,000 PER ANNUM

Assistant Production Manager required immediately to join a manufacturing company in Mansfield, Nottinghamshire. The role will being involve assisting the production manager to make sure production is ran as effectively and efficiently as possible.
The role will involve:
- Overseeing the manufacturing departments of up to 70 staff
- Implement and abide to KPI's (Key Performance Indicators)
- Look after the company's production planning
- Liaise with the senior management team
- Review and improve systems and processes
- Implement training in departments where skills gaps appear
The ideal candidate will:
- Have previous experience within an assistant production manager position
- Have previously worked in a manufacturing company and environment
- Have a relevant qualification within the engineering industry, ideally welding
- Be up to date with health and safety legislations
Package offered:
Permanent position
GBP25,000 - GBP30,000 per annum DOE
Day shift - Monday to Friday 7:15am -4:00pm
