Assistant Account Manager
Northampton
Hours: Monday - Friday - (Apply online only)

They are currently looking for client focused individuals passionate about service delivery and dedicated to employee engagement. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is customer focused and passionate about service.
This role would be great for someone who loves providing exceptional customer service in a more administrative capacity.
Responsibilities:
Build and maintain excellent customer relationships with clients predominantly via email
Processing customer orders
Booking orders to the portal
Data Entry
Dealing with customer queries, and complaints - majority over email
Following up with the warehouse on orders and liaising back with the customer
Partnering with the Account Manager to ensure all operational performance standards are met, monitored, and maintained in accordance with contractual service level agreements.Essential Skills:
Positive and proactive attitude
Ability to adapt to changes in the business seamlessly and effectively
IT literate
Great communication skills between internal and contract stakeholders
The ability to build lasting customer relationships
