Are you an experienced Receptionist?
Our client is a professional services organisation and are seeking a full time Receptionist with administration skills to join their team located at their Dorchester office.

Hours - Full time (Monday to Friday)

The purpose of this role is to cover their reception and to provide administrative support to their team.
Duties will also include:
Answering all calls and accurately redirecting where required, dealing with enquiries.
Greeting any clients with a warm welcome, directing them appropriately and communicating their arrival
Maintaining a professional and polite manner both in person and over the phone, communicating all messages.
Managing incoming and outgoing post, receipt of monies and day to day administrative duties where required

The successful candidate must have:
Previous Reception experience
Good IT skills (including Word and Outlook)
Strong organisational and administration skills with the ability to multi-task
An excellent telephone manner
Be client focused with excellent customer care
Professional approach
