Internal Sales Advisor
Internal Sales Advisor - Burton Upon Trent - GBP18,000 - GBP20,000
Chase and Holland are delighted to be working with a leading international business to recruit for an Internal Sales Advisor to join their team. In this role you will take the internal responsibility to support both the Sales Managers/Team Leaders in their designated areas.
Responsibilities of the Internal Sales Advisor:
Ensuring orders and specification requests are inputted accurately to the agreed format and to a high standard
Work effectively with dedicated external Sales Managers and their associated customers and prospects to provide internal support
Following up on customer enquiries efficiently to convert into future orders
Lead enquiries into conversions
Compiling and updating databases
Scheduling external sales appointments
Providing leads and quotation updates to support external sales visits
Prepare summaries and reports for line managers
Dealing with sales concerns, complaints and customer queries
Complete goods return notes as necessary
Providing excellent customer service at all times
Routine administrative tasks
Provide product knowledge to answer any customer enquiries
Ensure effective department and cross departmental communication at all times
Striving to achieve set KPI's agreed by line managersHours: Full-time, Monday to Friday
Required Skills & Experience:
Experience in a customer service role
Good IT skills
Excellent organisational skills
