Abacus Employment Services are looking for an experienced administrator to join our friendly and successful team in our Basingstoke office.

The emphasis is very much on the word team - we work together to give the best possible service to our clients and candidates, we have been established in the town for 30 years and have built an excellent reputation as the leading employment agency in the area.

Overview:

- Monday-Friday with core hours (Apply online only) or (Apply online only) based on a rota.

-Salary GBP22,100 per annum based on 42.5 hour week

-Tasks involve completing payroll for temporary staff, processing holiday requests, referencing of candidates, general admin duties, speaking with clients and candidates over the telephone, registering candidates face to face and following our procedures to ensure we are fully compliant.

The right candidate will be:

-Computer literate

Strong numeracy and literacy skills

-Ideally have previous administration experience

-Attention to detail to ensure compliance in all areas

-Be confident both on the telephone and face to face

-Friendly and positive

Able to work independently and as part of a busy team

Able to multi task in a busy environment
