Team Leader- Delivery/ Customer Success Team
Office Based (Portsmouth)
GBP28,000- GBP35,000 plus uncapped commission

We're proud to support a 9 day fortnight working pattern for you to take every other Friday off fully paid. What we can do for you:
9 DAY FORTNIGHT! Take every other Friday off to spend at your leisure.
Up to 65 days holiday (incl. 9 day fortnight)
Basic salary ranging between GBP28,000- GBP35,000
Flexible working including remote working options
Early 3pm Friday finish
Working within an experienced team of Delivery Consultants with full access to a variety of sectors

Casual dress code Leading the Power Division as part of our Customer Success Team, you will be guiding your team of Delivery Consultants, providing department reporting and managing the workflow of the team around you. You will be key in developing and implementing the company's financial targets and business objectives. As a billing consultant, you will also be speaking to candidates regularly about new or upcoming vacancies within the sustainable energy market supporting the national target to deliver climate change.
As a Team Leader you will be responsible for:
Ensure team members achieve financial and activity-related targets.
Train, coach and mentor your team with support from line management and the L&D function
Set and review daily objectives with team members.
Manage the team's workflow, ensuring that all team members are working on activities that have a high probability of contributing towards achieving individual, team and company targets.
Produce accurate and timely candidate actuals and forecast figures to support business planning and manage day-to-day operations.
Report on issues, threats and any other relevant information that may impact the team's ability to achieve its targets or objectives either positively or negatively.
Resource candidates for vacancies within your sector and provide advice, guidance and support to candidates, your team and the wider recruitment team.What we need from you:
