Development Manager
A leading building and construction management consultancy company based in Ipswich are looking to recruit a Development Manager to join their expanding team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a degree qualified Manager to progress their career,.
Duties:
Manage and deliver development sites through the planning and development appraisal stages
Coordinate and manage external and internal resources to achieve planning consents
Work closely with in-house professional clients and clients
Manage external resources to achieve combined project goals
Work with other discipline teams to assemble necessary support for project delivery
Responsible for the development of project scopes and objectives
Work with clients to deliver innovative and diverse housing schemes
Support the commercial performance of the Development Team
Undertake and manage projects of a high level of financial value and complexity
Skills & Experience:
Previous experience as a Technical or Development Manager in the Construction industry
Degree level qualified ideally with professional qualifications (e.g., RTPI, MRICS, RICS etc)
Proficient in MS Office
Understanding of Design Property Software
Previous experience dealing with Planning officers and Departments
