We are currently looking for FOUR experienced Support Workers that have experience working in the Children's Sector, or previous experience working in care and are looking for a career in Residential Childcare.

As a Support Worker, you will be providing a combination of support and domestic care. You will be empathetic and understanding of the trauma those in your care have suffered which can manifest in to very challenging behaviours.
You must be at least 23 years of age and have the following:
* 2 years experience in the care sector
* Full driving licence with access to own transport
* Flexible to work a 24 hour shift pattern, 2 days on, 3 days off - sleep-ins when on shift.
For this role the successful applicant will undergo an enhanced DBS.
Support worker Remuneration
* GBP23,400/year
* Flexible working hours
* Generous holiday entitlement
