Merton College are now looking for a Lecturer in Business & IT/Digital Skills to deliver outstanding quality teaching, learning, assessment, and tutorial support to students, to maximise achievement and continuous improvement. You will play a key role in supporting the development of the curriculum, with employer engagement, and learner skill development central.

We’re looking for someone who holds a recognised teaching qualification (PGCE or equivalent) and who has proven recent experience of teaching Business and/or IT in an FE College or School. With a successful track record of tutoring and supporting learners, you will have strong working knowledge of current Business & IT BTEC framework for teaching, learning, assessment and quality assurance, and have strong evidence of effective employer engagement in curriculum design and delivery. We’d also like you to hold a degree (or equivalent) in Business or IT and be competent in programming languages, data modelling and website development.
