Junior Kitchen Designer

Simon Acres Recruitment are seeking a Junior Kitchen Designer to work for an independent contemporary showroom in Lancashire. Our client is looking for someone who is willing to learn, energetic and eager to succeed.

The Role:

Greeting customers in the showroom

Ensuring that customers receive the best service, while building rapport to ensure return business

Assisting the Kitchen Designers to exceed sales related targets

Producing high quality, detailed and accurate kitchen plans

Following up leads to build customer relationships and to create sales

Ensuring all paperwork is up to date, while maintaining excellent showroom standards

The Candidate:

Previous experience within retail or sales

Kitchen knowledge is a bonus but not essential

A background or interest in design

Fantastic IT skills

Knowledge of a CAD package is a benefit, but full training will be provided as required

Excellent customer service skills

A creative flare with a keen eye for detail

Team player, highly motivated and driven

The Benefits:

A starting salary of up to GBP20,000

Monday to Friday with weekend availability

This is a permanent role, working Monday to Friday, with weekend availability. Working hours are between 10am-5pm however, flexibility is needed due to the nature of the role.
