Programmatic Strategist (Display, Video and Mobile)
Locations: Manchester or Edinburgh- Hybrid working

Programmatic team
Space & Time benefits from its own in-house trading desk. Space & Time's Programmatic Team uses real-time algorithms to optimise campaigns, leveraging data-driven technologies to inform bidding strategy. We cover channels such as display, video, native, rich media, hyperlocal mobile, audio, and footfall tracking solutions. We're constantly looking at new opportunities to address clients' challenges and strategies: brand awareness, engagement, traffic, and conversions. Our team coordinates to better plan, set up, optimise, and report on campaign performance. We fully manage all campaigns in house, which means we have more control and transparency on budgets. We also act as consultants: in a fragmented and rapidly changing industry which constantly develops new challenges and opportunities, we help our clients develop strategies within the programmatic space that best suit their growth needs.
The Role
As a Programmatic Strategist, you will be part of our in-house trading desk and work alongside the Head of Programmatic, working closely with clients and colleagues. You'll deliver outstanding results across all contents (Display, Video, Mobile) and be responsible for the preparation, activation, optimisation, and performance analysis for your display, mobile and video accounts. You'll deliver regular campaign reports and actionable insights to both clients and internal stakeholders and offer suggestions for continued improvement, as well as act as a point of contact for junior staff.
Key duties
* Setting up campaigns on DV360 and Campaign Manager (or other DSP and adserver)
* Communicate with clients and take a lead role within meetings
* Create proposals, including recommendations for budget weighting, targeting, creative & KPIs across multiple channels for key clients
* Effectively manage expectations according to relevant SLAs, priorities and bandwidth
* Fully own accounts, whilst offering regular analysis & insight into performance
* Deliver client meetings with consolidated reporting and presentations
* Liaise with other team members to deliver best in class campaign delivery
* Help identify cross sell and upsell opportunities across different channels
* Conduct strategy audits to identify new solutions & ideas for both clients & internal stakeholders
* Mentor junior staff members
Key skills
* Programmatic experience
* Experience of conceiving, implementing & reviewing campaigns & strategies, which deliver performance and value for clients
* Knowledge of all forms of digital paid media
* Have a basic understanding of other channels, both online and offline, being utilised by Space & Time clients, attending training to refresh knowledge where required
* Working knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Data Studio
