Sales Order Support Coordinator
Location: Weybridge (Hybrid working option)

What will you be doing?
As a Sales Order Support Coordinator, you will process and maintain customer's orders and quotes in a timely and accurate manner throughout the orders' lifecycle. In addition, you will develop long-term relationships with clients, liaise with Daikin customers and internal teams and ensure the delivery of excellent customer service
Your working day will involve:
* Process and maintain a high number of orders in SAP to meet customers' delivery deadlines
* Communicate with customers to confirm orders, delivery dates and information needed for the effective progress of orders
* Build and maintain customer relationships
* Maintain and exceed customer expectations with a high-quality response to all customer enquiries with an aim to finding solutions
* Work closely with other departments to ensure customer expectations are met in terms of quality, service, and timescale.
What are we looking for in you?
* Ability to handle a high volume of calls and emails along with processing a high number of sales orders
* Previous relevant experience working in Order Processing is essential
* Experience working in a sales order processing environment
* Ability to build strong customer relationships
* Resilience, problem-solving and ability to prioritise under pressure.
