Vivo Recruit are currently working with a leading family run developer and contractor, to find a Assistant Quantity Surveyor on a permanent basis within Borehamwood. Our client has been around for over 50 years in the high end build industry, along with their unparalleled service, experience and portfolio of top tier clients they have been awarded top tier awards which truly reflects their exceptional residential and commercial builds.
As an assistant quantity Surveyor, you will have experience of working within an Assistant Quantity Surveyor/Commercial function of a property development and housing business.
Some main responsibilities include but are not limited to: Supporting the Contract Manager to efficiently operate the subcontract requirements, avoidance of disputes, manage risks and provide the best value for money for the Project, liaison with the Property and Housing Operations team and other departments within the team.
This is mainly an office-based role, however you will be required to be on site therefore a Full UK Driving Licence is essential.
