Leo Xander is looking for an Operations Controller to start work immediately in Fareham.
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
*
Leading and managing the Operations back-office Support Teams in Fareham and Devon as well as leading the Warehouse team in Fareham and Devon.
*
Managing the Operations and Warehouse Business Plan requirements and delivering the necessary business, system-related, administrative, process and control plan outputs required.
*
Supporting the Head of Operations with the delivery of their departmental objectives and deputise as and when required to do so.
*
Supporting the Installation Controller in all aspects of his role ensuring that their objectives in planning, scheduling, and conducting all types of Installation are successfully achieved to required business plan levels.
*
Leading the performance management framework for the Operations and Warehouse teams in Fareham and Devon and conducting all HR and performance-related tasks required across the function.
*
Ensuring a robust and effective analysis, handling and reporting of all key performance metrics through the use of team resources, business intelligence and data available.
*
Manage & provide reports as required around all aspects of the Operations department activity.
*
To ensure the Trustmark code of conduct & customer service levels are fully met across the Operations office, field teams and any sub-contractors through the continuous development and maintenance of a suitable set of procedures, processes, and system records as well as working with SCIS Compliance to remedy any shortcomings.
*
To develop and maintain suitable business model solutions, processes, and procedures to integrate and link any SCIS Group businesses covering additional measures or services.
*
Managing all 3rd party service providers and customers both in terms of relationships and performance across deliverables and Health & Safety wherever required.
*
Lead the Operations ECO4 2022 continuous improvement plan working with Compliance/Delivery and Finance to ensure increasingly profitable activity within the area and across the department functions and teams.
*
Guarantee full compliance of the Operations office team with PAS 2035, legislative, Data Protection and GDPR across Fareham and Devon Operations and Warehouse teams.
*
Ensuring security and controls are implemented and maintained around premises and Warehousing occupying the Operations office and Warehouse teams.
*
Provide leadership and management controls around all aspects of Covid Compliance and Health & Safety impacting Operations office and Warehouse personnel.
The ideal candidate will have:

A degree (desirable but not essential)
*
Relevant qualification or experience in Health & Safety Legislation (desirable but not essential)
*
Experience of training or certification in a building environment (desirable but not essential)
*
You MUST have a UK Drivers Licence
