HR Administrator - Fixed Term Contract
Location: Flexible, need to be in Fareham, Hants, once a month
Salary GBP40,000

HR Administrator - Fixed Term Contract, Reports into the HR Manager.
The HR Operations service includes; HR Administration, HR Reporting, HR Systems and HR Operational procedures. The purpose of this position is to provide HR operational and administrative support to the HR team and across the Group.
Key responsibilities:
Administer the day to day HR operational tasks and resolve queries while encouraging a continuous improvement culture. Become a proficient user of the current HR system and ensuring HR technology is used to its full potential to efficiently manage group employee data and HR services. Ensure queries received via the HR inbox, telephone or in person, are resolved in a timely manner and provide support where complex issues arise. Perform administration and system updates for any Human Resources employee changes. Ensure the library of instructions forms, procedures and templates is continually updated, version controlled and archived. Ensure employee files are accurately maintained and leaver files archived or discarded, in line with GDPR guidelines
