On behalf of a fantastic insurance agency based in Essex, Pertemps Work Based Learning are currently recruiting for a Trainee Financial Administrator. The company is one of the leading providers for Insurance Solutions across the UK.
This is a fantastic opportunity for any college leavers, graduates, or those looking to start a career in Insurance. Full training will be provided, but we are ideally looking for those competent in Excel.
• GBP18,000 - GBP20,000
• Hybrid Working Week
• 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays

Key Duties and Responsibilities of the Trainee Financial Administrator.
• Maintain and monitor spreadsheets, with accurate data input.
• Ability to prioritise own workload.
• Completion of tasks in order to assist the claims process.
• Compliance with internal and external bodies for regulatory requirements.
• Working closely with brokers and other third parties in order to obtain accurate information.
• Carrying out ad-hoc project work and other relevant duties.
Skills and Experience Required for the Trainee Financial Administrator
• A-Level Maths and English at Grade C or above.
• Demonstration of pro-active thinking.
• Looking for someone experienced in using Excel to a high standard.
• Experience of using Bordereau is desirable, but not essential.
• Good numerical skills, with the ability to show attention to detail.
• Ability to work to deadlines, within a team environment.
• Looking for Graduates, College Leavers and those wanting to pursue a career in Insurance.
