Remote based although travel across the UK required on occasion.
Salary: Competitive with car allowance

Based remotely with occasional travel to Nottingham and customer sites, this is a fantastic opportunity to work with some of the country's most well known brands, utilising your recruitment skills and networks to deliver innovative strategies and candidate pipeline.
Sitting within the Resourcing Centre, your main focus is to partner and influence internal stakeholders within our Operational Teams. Your extensive recruitment background will allow you to deliver multiple attraction strategies to enable customer fulfilment. You will be working closely with Regional Account Managers and Directors, leading regular recruitment meetings to implement and develop the digital attraction strategy across the business.
Who are we looking for?
You will have a background and experience in internal or agency recruitment
Experience implementing digital attraction campaigns, developing recruitment strategies, sourcing new candidate pipelines
An understanding of the recruitment process and onboarding of new workers
Your superior communication skills both internally and externally are crucial to your success in this role.
You are someone who builds and maintains strong working relationships with stakeholders of all levels, with the ability to influence and provide expert advice based on your industry knowledge.
You will be a pro-active self-starter who is able to generate and manage your own workload
You need to be adaptable and agile in your approach with the ability to work on and deliver multiple campaigns in a fast paced recruitment environment.
