About The Role
We are seeking a Sales Manager to help continue driving the business forward, working closely with the General Manager and the showroom team we want you to provide guidance and mentorship to a team of Kitchen Sales Consultants ensuring targets are met and exceeded.
You will identify opportunities for the team to increase sales growth and ensure that Wrens standard of customer service is being consistently delivered. You will always display a can-do attitude, maintaining a positive and motivating environment. With a hands-on approach to recruitment, development, coaching and managing all showroom colleagues, this is a great opportunity to develop your management career. As a Sales Manager, you will be required to work 5 out of 7 days.
About You
This role demands a leader with a sharp mind and the ability to coach, advise and motivate our Kitchen Sales Consultants.
We are looking for self-motivated high achievers who are passionate about looking after our customers.You will be experienced at driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service whilst leading the showroom team to success.
