Operations Manager: Pest Control: Suffolk
Permanent Position
Pest Control
Our client, an extremely reputable and long trading pest control business, based in Suffolk, are looking to add to their team, with the appointment of a Technical Manager/Team Leader.
Main duties and responsibilities will be:
* Visiting local premises requiring pest control/management services.
* Offering best solution and pricing to clients after visits.
* Help manage workload and labour across several contracts for the business.
* Report directly to the MD on all operational aspects of on-going works
* Suggest areas of improvement where appropriate.
* Enforce H&S procedures and policies.
You will need:
* Previous pest control industry experience
* The ability to advise clients of best practice/solutions and price accordingly
* To have experience of managing workload and small pest control teams
* Be aware of Health and Safety requirements and able to enforce.
* Be a problem solver
* Have great communication skills
* Be a team player with the willingness to assist other members of staff at times.
