Location: Cambridge (CB22)
Duration: Permanent
Hours: 9am until to 5:30pm (Monday to Friday)
Salary: GBP32,000 to GBP36,000

Polytec are looking for a Logistics Team Leader for our Cambridge based client. You will be directly responsible for liaison between departments and companies ensuring all operations work effectively and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
* Financial responsibility for costs and revenue
* Planning and arrangement of international consignments according to client instructions and requirements
* Completion of export and customs documents from start to finish
* Monitoring of all outbound / inbound movements
* Invoicing and job costing
Requirements:
* Operational knowledge of Sea /Road /Air freight (inbound and outbound)
* Excellent IT skills particularly Excel
* Letter of credit experience
* Ability to work with fixed deadlines and under pressure
* Flexible working hours may be required during busy periods
