We have a fantastic opportunity to join the Operations team as a Client Services Advisor at an award winning solicitors based in Cambridge. The Client Service Advisor will be based from their Cambridge office with very occasional travel to their other offices. This role is a full-time permanent job opportunity.
Reporting into the Operations Manager, the Client Service Advisor's role is to provide a highly professional and pro-active facilities service and reception cover to contribute to the smooth and efficient running of the Cambridge office. You will be part of the Operations department where you will take accountability with the wider team to ensure the office runs smoothly.
You will be responsible for booking meeting rooms for internal staff and visitors, organising refreshments when required and clear / tidy rooms when meetings have finished; always ensuring meeting rooms are maintained at the professional standard our client requires. Other daily duties will include:
Maintain and monitor stationery requirements
Post duties cover, including all incoming and outgoing couriers
Cover reception from time to time and meet and greet clients, staff and visitors to reception
Answer the telephone in a professional and timely manner
Scanning/photocopying/binding as required
Ensure the office is presented to a high standard at all times particularly the communal and client facing areas
Ad-hoc duties as required (i.e. going to get milk and provisions)
Ensure the appropriate health and safety procedures are followed such as the fire procedure
Assist with general administration tasks.
We are looking for candidates who have a friendly nature, who will welcome clients who visit the office in a professional and courteous manner. You will ideally have a previous working background within a customer facing environment, ideally front of house, with good IT skills, ideally in Microsoft Outlook and Word. Full training will be given to the successful candidate on all our internal systems.
Credible customer service skills are key to the success of this role and are essential. Candidates from the hospitality/retail industry who already have gained skills in customer service and looking to change their working hours to a Monday to Friday role would be very suitable for this role.
