Job Title: Branch Sales Manager
Salary: GBP30,0000 - GBP40,000 + Bonus
Hours: 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday
About your new company:
A successful organisation based across the north is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to be situated in their branch based near Preston. You will be joining an established team and customer based.
About your new Branch Manager role:
Driving the branch to achieve company turnover and profit expectation.
Meeting Market share objections
Speaking with key customers on a regular basis.
Managing a large team of depot staff
Delivering a high standard of leadership skills.
Developing personal skills through self-learning and on-going training.
Weekly sales and branch review with the Operations Manager
Liaising with the other internal teams to drive the business forward
What you'll need to succeed:
Product knowledge within a Agricultural environment or previous experience within the HGV, Plant or Automotive industry.
Excellent communication skills, face to face and over the phone
Target driven, self motivated and present a professional image
Ability to influence and persuade to close a deal
Full UK driving licence
IT Literate
