We are working with a large, locally based client, looking for qualified Carpenters with Multi-Trade experience to work on repairs / alterations in customer homes and empty (void) properties across Bedfordshire.

Carpenter

You will be responsible for the delivery and completion of repairs within our customers' homes and within empty homes (voids).

As a carpenter, you will have the relevant training, experience, and trade skills to cover a wide range of carpentry related repairs within our customers' homes You will ensure that the repairs required are diagnosed correctly and works completed are to a high standard & quality.

You will be given your own company van, procurement card(for purchasing of materials for jobs), as well as a work phone/tablet.

Our client are looking for someone with the following qualifications and skills;

* Experience in Plumbing works and relevant qualifications

* Driving licence status(manual company van given to travel to and from jobs)

* DBS check(cost of this will be covered if not already held)

* CSCS card(again if not held it can be obtained for the right candidates)

* Quals - should be minimum of NVQ lvl 2 or city and guilds equivalent
