Property Manager - Bromley - Up to 40k depending on experience
My client is a well-established, fully independent block management company overseeing a SE London / Kent based portfolio comprising mostly long retained RMC and RTM co Blocks and Estates.
As a result of portfolio growth, an additional Property Manager is now required for an office based role overseeing a compact, well run and local SE London / Kent based portfolio undertaking the full range of property management duties from budget oversight to insurance, major works, contractor management, site inspection, resident contact and AGM's
The suitable Property Manager will come from a stable career background, enjoy independent practice and ideally live within SE London or North Kent (for the purpose of attending a Bromley office daily)
Apart from occasional AGM's, the successful Property Manager will work Mon-Fri 9am to 5.30pm from well-equipped offices in amongst a genuinely friendly, supportive team.
Property Managers looking to work outside of corporate structure whilst cutting out their commute to London would do particularly well in this role, likewise those ambitious Assistant Property Managers keen for recognition and progression over time.
Salary is candidate led but will likely fall in the region of GBP35-40k to start depending on experience and qualification.
