Motor Warranty Claims - Accident Management
Full time, permanent job: Monday-Friday 9.00am - 5.30pm
(We do have 1x Part Time opportunity available, flexible hours, 4 hours per day)
GBP18,000 - GBP20,000 + bonuses (based on reviews)
The role:
Speaking with customers, listening and remaining calm, asking the right questions to obtain the relvant information required to assist you in processing their claim. You'll need to be accurate, checking facts and asking questions in order to make the right decisions about their warranty claim. You'll work in a small team alongside a qualified Vehicle Technician who will be able to assist with the technical elements of the claim, so don't worry if you don't know a thing about cars and mechanics!

Requirements:
Computer literate;
Empathetic & able to deal calmly with customers;
Able to follow a process (not scripted);
Great customer service skills;
Well organised, good administrative skills.
Ideally you'll have some form of office-based customer service experience working with customers via telephone and e-mail, have knowledge of formal letter writing skills as well as the ability to compose a professional email.
