Monday to Friday, 8am to 5.30pm (30 minute unpaid lunch break).

Service Controller required for a highly reputable and successful mobile plant equipment provider of new and used machinery. The company pride themselves on their excellent service and offer a role with great benefits and a friendly team.

The Successful Service Controller will either have previous experience within a similar role or a Service Engineer looking to move into an office based role. You will be an effective communicator verbally, written and via telephone. You will be IT literate and have excellent time management skills. Effective analysis and investigative skills to be able to gather information systematically and to establish facts and principals for problem solving.

The Service Controller Role:

* Build strong and positive relationships with customer (and on occasion face to face).
* Feedback any important customer information to the Company.
* Present a professional image and portray a polite and courteous manner at all times.
* Meet and exceed customer expectations whilst maintaining profitability.
* Answer all in-coming calls efficiently (answer with confidence in yourself, in your colleagues and in your Company and take ownership of those calls)
* Liaising with the parts department required for workshop tasks and field service based tasks.
* Responsible for ensuring service engineers are efficiently and effectively used to keep machine down-time in the depot to a minimum.
* Ensure monthly machine stock checks are carried out in accordance with company stock levels.
* Responsible for ensuring all paperwork is correctly filled out and documented, as well as being forwarded to the correct departments.
* Provide telephone assistant to both workshop, field diagnostics and repair teams.
* Ensure invoices are sent correctly to internal accounts.
* General Administration, filing, scanning, faxes, emails and various other duties.

The Successful Service Controller:
