This ambitious company specialise in the development of high quality residential properties across Devon and Cornwall. They pride themselves on their well designed and well executed projects with multiple sites across the region up to 35 units. With growth plans to reach 250 units per year and a great pipeline of work going through the processes they are now looking to expand their technical team and take on a Project Co-Ordinator.
In this role you will be based from the Bodmin office within the small Technical team working on projects located across Devon and Cornwall. You will work up from running 1 or 2 sites to 3 or 4 consisting of up to 35 units. You will be responsible for working alongside the Project Manager and assist in the general co-ordination and running of the sites including material and labour organisation, health and safety, preparing schedules, oversee project budgets and managing paperwork. You will be predominantly office based but will visit sites across the region.
