German Speaking Account Manager
GBP30k (DOE) + Bonus + Benefits

This global, award-winning manufacturing business operates with a network of authorised dealers who are looking to hire an experienced German Speaking Account Manager.
With over 25 years' experience, this reputable business prides itself on quality and reliability, working on a consultative basis to offer solutions and quality products.
The primary focus of the role is to work closely with the Territory Manager or Sales Manager in maximising sales opportunities, oversee day to day accounts, liaising with partners to build strong relationships.
Responsibilities
* You will be responsible for all account activities in assigned accounts or regions with full customer liaison
* Handling a variety of enquires/questions relating to orders, parts, approvals, survey requests and quotation requests
* Logging orders accurately onto the system, following through order process to completion with full customer liaison where required.
* Checking order feasibility by liaising with internal stakeholders in finding solutions where necessary
* Following up weekly and monthly order status reports with calls to Partners
* Recording sales activity onto CRM system
* Ensuring new leads and prospects are logged accurately, updating Partner accounts to allow new opportunities to be identified and build market intelligence
* Ensure new Partners are brought on board in line with company policy and arrange relevant training where necessary
* Maintaining a high level of understanding on performance and market activity within your assigned territory
* Preparation of monthly reports to discuss performance and 1-2-1 meetings with Sales Management
* Translate marketing information where applicable for communication to Partners
Key Objectives
* Provide Partners with a high level of customer service
* Establish and maintain excellent client relationships
* Achieve orders and revenue within assigned territory in line with or exceed company forecast
* Support and service Partners in line with company values
About You
* Previous experience in Account Management
* Experience within a B2B sales environment
* Fluent in both English and German
* High standard of organisation and planning skills
* A "can-do" attitude with a willingness to grow and develop in the role
* A high level of commercial awareness and business acumen
* Experience within a manufacturing background is desirable
* Professional approach with strong diplomacy skills
* Works to a high level of precision and accuracy
* Ability to work with other larger organisations beneficial
* Excellent influencing and negotiation skills
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
