The Company:
A well-established UK manufacturing company with long standing international exposure in industrial sector specialised for automation and electrical solutions.
Main Duties:
To handle customer technical and commercial queries.
The Role:
- To provide support technical advice on the client's electrical products
- To support Internal Sales Team with technical queries
- To maintain close contact with customers and clients, build up rapport and establish customer relation
- To use technical knowledge to identify issues and provide the solutions
- To provide exceptional customer care
The Candidate:
- Fluent in French or Italian (written or spoken)
- Qualified to ONC level or equivalent would be advantageous, however, experience in an electric engineering field will be also considered
- Working knowledge of PLC's, Motor Control Gear, Timers, Sensors, Temperature controllers etc. is a strong benefit
- Commercial awareness
- Good telephone manners
- Team player & quick learner
- Good knowledge of MS Office
