Brilliant opportunity to work as a Food Production Operative with our clients catering service, preparing airline meals.
Staffline is recruiting for Food Production Operatives to work in Manchester.
The rate of pay is GBP9.65 per hour.
We are only able to offer full-time work at present. Shifts are 5 days out of 7 so will include weekend working. The hours of work are:
- 6am to 2:30pm
- 1pm to 9:30pm
Due to the nature of this role, all candidates will be asked to provide references covering the last 5 years of employment - and personal references for any gaps in employment. Candidates must also have a valid DBS and registered on the update service or be willing to undergo a DBS check.
Your Time at Work
As a Food Production Operative/General Operative you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our catering and goods arrive with airline clients on time, in line with various scheduling requirements.
Duties to include:
- Being responsible for stock handling
- Handling, preparing and packing food
- Maintaining a clean and safe workstation
- Working in a manner that promotes good health and safety practices
- Undertake some manual handling/bending and reaching as part of your normal job duties
- You will be working as part of a team in a customer-centric environment
Our Perfect Worker
Our perfect Food Production Operative will be reliable, flexible and have an enthusiastic approach to work. You must have basic English and math skills.
It is mandatory for candidates to provide references and have a valid DBS certificate registered on the update service or be willing to undergo a DBS check.
