The Opportunity
We have an excellent opportunity to lead our installation team . The purpose of this role is to manage the day-to-day planning of experienced installation and delivery teams , to ensure all jobs are adequately allocated, attended and jobs re-booked or closed off as necessary whilst ensuring the highest level of customer service at all times. You will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of multiple projects and have an active role in ensuring Health and Safety requirements are met .
You will be working closely with the Production Manager and Installations team and site based Project Managers .
This role will be based in our Upper Heyford office working Monday to Friday but you will occasionally visit sites and liaise with our customers site teams as well as our installers and Project Managers .
What are we looking for?
You should have previous experience in running installations and have the ability to manage experienced fitting teams . You will need excellent planning and organisational capabilities along with effective communication skills and planning or scheduling experience, preferably within the housebuilding sector . You must also be IT literate and have the ability to multitask as this will be a busy yet rewarding role.
This role would suit somebody already working within installations/ logistics and would be interested in working for a high-end business for whom quality, attention to detail and reputation are key.
